Automatic paint machine maintenance

Before using the automatic spray paint machine every day, you should check whether the grounding protection is in good condition. The grounding cable plays an important role in protecting the safety of equipment and personnel. There should be no abnormal grounding cable.

2. Before use, check whether there is oil leakage in the oil pipe, whether there is air leakage in the gas pipe, etc. If the problem is found, it should be solved in time before starting the operation, and check the damage of the pipeline and line regularly.

3. After each shutdown, the residual paint and residual paint attached to the inner wall of the cylinder of the spray machine should be cleaned up to prevent residual sundries when the cylinder is used next time.

4. Check the oil quantity and pollution of motor and worm gear oil regularly every week, add or replace oil if necessary. (Normally, the oil needs to be changed once every six months)

5. Spray gun should always be kept clean and carefully cleaned. Do not disassemble the spray gun unless it is faulty or replaced with a spare part. (Cleaning after each work)

6. The spray gun should not fall to the ground or collide with other objects.

7. The nozzle of the automatic spray machine is an important component of the spray gun, and it is the key of the spray gun. It should be maintained well to avoid any damage to the nozzle. At the end of each operation, clean carefully.

8. When the cleaning nozzle is blocked, do not use wire and other metal puncture, should be soaked in solvent, and then blown with compressed air, do not use a metal brush to clean the nozzle, in order to prevent damage to the nozzle.

9. Clean the paint on the spray paint machine in time after use, and recycle the remaining paint.

10. Do a good job of cleaning and maintenance of the spray paint machine itself, which is also very important, do not be perfunctory.
